Elizabeth bay - renovation

Details to come! Watch this space….

Clovelly Project

One of our current builds is in Clovelly with Nardone Architects.

This build will see us demolish 75% of an existing duplex, complete some underpinning of the existing party wall to enable us to lay a new slab lower than the existing one to maximise lower ground floor room. From there, it’s a new Ritek party wall and Structural Steel frame as the structure to the house. A mixture of finishes on this job with Cedar Cladding and Weathertex products externally with some nice render and joinery and stunning architectural details and finishes on the inside. A revamp of the car port and landscaping at the front of the house, with a pool to be installed in the back yard. A clever and sleek design which we are excited to be a part of.
